The Urban Wellness Hub in Aberdeen, which boasts the greatest number of treatments & therapies than any other equivalent facility in Scotland is holding an Open Event this Sunday from 12 to 4pm.

Fiona Ross, an EMMETT Practitioner and Director of the Urban Wellness Hub said “In a recent survey, we discovered that the Urban Wellness Hub in Aberdeen offers the greatest number of Modalities (treatments & therapies) than any other equivalent facility in Scotland. Not a bad outcome for a family business just trading for over one year.”

She added “It's that time of year again………anyone fancy a mince pie? And if so, get yourself down to the Urban Wellness Hub this Sunday 9th Dec for our Open Event (12-4pm) and enjoy a relaxing couple of hours munching lovely mince pies and a mug of mulled wine or soft drinks if you’re the nominated driver. Bring your partner and kids…..they will love the crystal displays !! “

“Many of the Hub Therapists and Practitioners' will be there and you can chat about Shiatsu or Hot Stones or Bowen or EMMETT or Yoga (Hot or well… not so hot) or Angel Healing or guided Readings or Reiki or Metamorphic Technique or Sekhem or Aromatherapy or Indian Head massage or Baby Reflexology or Sleep Counselling or Infant Massage or Reflexology or Visual Reflexology or Foot Reading or Animal Communication or Hopi Ear Candling or Qi Gong or Cupping or Moxibustion or EMMETT for ANIMALS or counselling or Swedish Massage or Angel therapy or Crystal therapy or Sports Bowen or Hormonal Bowen or TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) or Myo Facial Release or Raindrop Technique or Atlantean Crystal Healing™ or Access Bars® or Angel Card Readings or Crystal Healing or Aqua Therm massage or Hypno-Birthing or Yoga for pregnant mums or Reiki Training & Attunement or Karuna® Reiki or other therapies, treatments and classes available at the Hub.”

Fiona ended by saying “we had never thought about the actual number of Modalities we offer, so whilst it’s great to know we offer a lot of choice, our focus has always been on our clients.  Identifying their issue and problems and then what treatment or therapy they need to address the root cause issues and not simply the symptoms.”
