CALA Homes (North) has had an encouraging start to 2015 across all of its developments in the Aberdeen area, and plans to expand the team to help support its ongoing growth plans.

There are just four properties left at their Hilton Avenue development and the prestigious Rosefield Gardens development in Cults has successfully sold out both its first and second phases with a third phase recently launched.

In Bridge of Don, the leading luxury house builder has two developments which are both performing well. Balgownie Gate has now sold 80 per cent of its first phase, and the initial phase at The Links at Dubford has quickly sold out, with more than 100 visitors attending the recent opening weekend of its new show home.

The developer is also looking to fill a number of roles within the construction, sales and technical departments within the division.

Fraser Carr, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (North), said: “We’ve been pleased with our start to 2015 across all of our developments and are encouraged to see enquiries and sales moving in a positive direction this early in the year.

“Our new show home in Bridge of Don saw more than 100 people pass through its doors on opening weekend, resulting in a number of reservations within the first couple of weeks. This is a good indication that people are very much seeking to move up the property ladder in 2015.”

“As well as seeing positive signs within our developments, we will be looking for talented individuals within the industry to join our team and help continue to deliver our growth plans.

“We’re working to secure planning consent for some major projects in the city and surrounding area, including 550 new homes plus a smaller, bespoke development at Milltimber, a further 100 homes in Cults which will support our existing developments there including Rosefield Gardens, and a development of 150 homes at Kintore.
