Su Prentice of Mindful Coaching will be the guest speaker at the first Women Connect networking event of 2018.
Sue will discuss an alternative take on the topic of “New Year Resolutions” and will share invaluable advice on the process of setting intentions and finding solutions for what you truly want to change about your life, what you need to stop or start doing, what personal reactions do you want for a better year ahead and how to make it sustainable.
The event will take place on 31st January at the Inn At The Park Hotel on Deemount Terrace from 6pm till 8pm.
Su Prentice is a Professional Development Consultant, a qualified Coach/Mentor and the Managing Director of Mindful Coaching Ltd. Su has successfully Coached, Mentored and Trained countless business and personal clients as well as family and friends for over 25 years. Su’s focus is on supporting organisations and individuals to achieve fulfilment and success. She has always worked in the people industry covering roles in Recruitment, HR and Organisational Development. Su has carried out consultancy work across all types of industries and sizes. As well as supporting people in her professional capacity she’s been active in the past volunteering as a Special Constable, Victim Support Coordinator and more latterly a Rape and Abuse Support Worker.
Su is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds a Post Grad Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes & CIPD and has a Counseling Skills Certificate from COSCA. Su is also Accredited in Psychometric Testing, an NLP Practitioner and a Licensed Career Coach.
Su lives in Aberdeen with her husband and dog Jackson. Currently experiencing the empty nest syndrome as both her daughters are now pursing their dreams studying in Edinburgh and Glasgow. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining, music and catching up with friends, preferably over a nice glass of wine!
