Serviced office accommodation provider, Skene Business Centres, has made a significant £1 million investment in its West End facilities.
The firm operates serviced office accommodation at 7 Queen’s Gardens, 23 Rubislaw Den North and 96 Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen, and has now extended this by 3,580 square feet, thanks to the addition of 2 Queen’s Gardens to the portfolio.
The news comes as Skene Business Centres prepare to celebrate their milestone 35th anniversary in 2019.
The seven-figure investment has enabled the creation of 12 fully furnished serviced offices, comprising around 60 desks and private on-site parking. 2 Queen’s Gardens will offer the same flexible short and long-term agreements to suit client needs. The new centre is expected to lead to the creation of several new jobs.
Commenting on the addition of 2 Queen’s Gardens, Skene Group Chairman, Professor Charles Skene CBE said: “We are delighted to announce this expansion to our business centres to cope with demand.
“Central to the success of Skene Business Centres is the quality of the product and its delivery, and these important elements are backed by excellent customer service, the right atmosphere for doing business successfully and high standards of housekeeping.
“We believe that this mix, coupled with our unique ability to cross-sell accommodation through Skene House HotelSuites & ConferenceSuites, will stand us in good stead as we look to the future.”
