Chevron to sell North Sea assets to Ithica for $2 billion

Chevron is to sell its North Sea assets to Ithica Energy for $2 billion (£1.6 billion).

Ithaca Energy is wholly owned by Delek, the Israel based conglomerate which is expected to make a public listing in the near future.
