Inverurie based electrical retailer, Booth Scotland, have recently completed a six-figure contract with Robertson, to install a range of kitchen appliances in student accommodation on Pittodrie Street, near Aberdeen City Centre.

The 8-month long contract, which started in September 2018, saw a team of 10 installation staff from Booth Scotland fit kitchen appliances such as fridge freezers and microwaves into the 485-bedroom block of flats. The accommodation, valued at £31.6 million, is part of two blocks constructed by Robertson for student residence in the Pittodrie area.

Allan Will, General Manager of Booth Scotland said, “We were delighted to work with Robertson on a project of this scale and offer them a flexible and bespoke service that they simply would not get anywhere else. We are very happy to have the opportunity to demonstrate our proficiency, competency and excellence to a client of their stature.”

Trevor Booth, Director of Booth Scotland added, “The contract was awarded to Booth Scotland due to our extensive experience with project management as well as the robust buying power that we are able to exert for the benefit of our clients. This is the biggest project Booth Scotland has ever been involved with, and our locally trained, high-skill, professional staff were more than up to the task.”

Paul Matthew, Operations Manager at Robertson commented, “From the first meeting with Booth Scotland, I left with an air of confidence in their ability to provide a service that would be tailored to Robertson. They were reliable and professional from the start, and the fact they were local made a huge difference to our site logistics in terms of deliveries and installation schedule. At all times Booth were flexible in their approach. I would like to work with them in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them throughout Robertson as part of our supply chain.”
