Aberdeen and North-east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has appointed Gordon Wallace as an Associate Solicitor within their Commercial Property team.

Gordon graduated from Aberdeen University in 2011 and he trained with a Central Belt firm before returning to Aberdeen and continuing his career with Maclay Murray & Spens, joining their Commercial Property department in May 2014.

He was promoted to Senior Solicitor in June 2016, and has dealt with a variety of commercial property transactions including: acquisition and disposal of agricultural property; onshore wind farm development and onward sale; property portfolio financing; asset sale and purchase; and office, industrial and retail leasing contracts.

Having joined RCC&W in August, and based at the firm’s main office in Albyn Place, Gordon will support the development team assisting house-building clients with a variety of work related to the purchase and sale of commercial property.

Callum McDonald, Managing Partner, concluded: “I have no doubt that Gordon will be a tremendous asset to our Commercial Property team.  Gordon has a breadth and depth of expertise which will be of significant value to our clients and his appointment will add to the team’s expertise, ensuring our Commercial Property clients continue to enjoy our first-rate service. We are delighted to welcome Gordon to the firm.”
