AN Aberdeen business chief executive officer has been named a winner in the 2020 AccelerateHER Awards.
Elaine Galston, of Tubular Sciences Ltd, picked up the CleanTech and Climate winner award.

The final was staged online, after increasing concerns about Covid-19 led organisers to develop an alternative solution to their planned face-to-face gathering.
Elaine was selected from a short-list of 12 finalists and has now secured a free slot on a market-building mission to Europe or North America to showcase her business to industry contacts and global investors.
Jackie Waring, Investing Women chief executive officer, said: “Huge congratulations to this year’s winners who competed in our strongest-ever field of female founders within technology, life sciences and environmentally-focused companies.
“This initiative continues to support Scottish-linked female-founded companies. So far, AccelerateHER Awards participants have gone on to secure over £25m of investment since getting involved in the programme.”
