A £500,000 refurbishment is well underway at an Aberdeen hotel.

The Palm Court, which is one of the longest operating independent hotels in the city, has overhauled its 23 bedrooms and function spaces, with work continuing.

It comes after several months of redecoration and investment.

Brian Hutchison, G1 Hotel Division operations director, said: “We are delighted to have brought this level of refurbishment to The Palm Court, especially at what has been an unquestionably challenging time in the hotel market.”
