AN Aberdeen oil and gas service company has secured new premises in Westhill.

Tetra Technologies will move to a newly refurbished 20,000 sq. ft office and workshop at Endeavour Drive.

The deal was handled by FG Burnett, on behalf of private client Beechleigh Property Holdings.

The refurbishment, which cost more than £300,000, included various internal and external works including cladding, re-surfacing, flooring and decoration.

Graeme Watt, FG Burnett director said:  “Prior to the tragic outbreak of Covid-19, this letting went a long way to confirm that the industrial property market in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire was beginning to emerge from the doldrums of earlier years.

“It goes without saying that Covid-19 has had a profound effect on short term market confidence and conditions but hopefully when it has been collectively defeated conditions will once again improve”.

Scott Hogan, Knight Frank UK head of industrial agency said:  “The move to Endeavour Drive will provide Tetra Technologies UK with a fully refurbished fit for purpose working environment, and an upgrade over their existing premises.”
