Managing Director, Julian Keating said “In the last two months, we have secured the first two of a series of major P2P automation and commerce network contracts. Worth over £170k initially and generating 50k annually for nSYS, our new clients in the north of England include a large holiday home manufacturer and a hi-tech packaging manufacturer. The deals will revolutionise their P2P, generate income from AP, optimise cash flow and working capital and drive profits. Interesting the oil industry in investing in new technology for P2P has been an uphill struggle and so it was important we looked further afield.”

Julian goes on to explain how increased investment in technology as a result of these deals will not only benefit new clients but existing ones too:

“Our solutions are fit for large multi-national companies with complex processes all the way to small local businesses with straight forward requirements. We help business both big and small to automate P2P and adopt Invoice Automation, an area where UK is still lagging in embracing.

“We do this by connecting our customers to the Basware Commerce Network, the largest open network in the world. Each business within the Commerce Network is unique yet all come together in a single network to exchange purchase and sales documentation no matter what their back end process is, thus saving a huge amount of cost and time. The software will impact directly on your credit management, reducing DSO which will improve liquidity and empower you to manage your cash flow better. Basware’s solutions have enabled us to join up the processes with all of our suppliers and ensure consistency across each business unit.

“The results for nSYS are huge with investment in technology ourselves and a sea change in revenue stream that has changed the whole value and business direction of nSYS. 2017 is going to be a great year!”
