27% Growth for Cammach Recruitment leads to three new positions

Aberdeen based recruitment consultancy Cammach Recruitment has increased turnover by 27% on the back of multiple contract wins.

Established in 2008, the firm has grown year on year and despite trading in the worst oil and gas downturn in a generation, has managed to sustain growth through working with businesses across the sector to cut costs and introduce more sustainable recruitment practices.

Jordan Rowson, Business Development Manager said “We have been working closely with a number of clients, finding more cost effective and sustainable ways of managing their recruitment and contractors. This has helped save businesses money, safeguard jobs and allow us to support clients in creative and cost effective ways.”

The contract wins will provide opportunities for both contract and staff roles across the sector both on and offshore across various disciplines.

Jordan continued “It’s great to be able to get people back into work and hopefully this is the start of an upturn for the sector. We do see more opportunities coming up across the market and whilst it is more competitive than ever, it is important for candidates to remain positive.”

The growth will allow the firm to grow its team internally, adding 2 new permanent staff as well as an apprenticeship for the first time.
