The contract provided via Survivex will provide a complete workforce management solution for Chrysaor’s 1,500 onshore and offshore personnel.

As well as traditional training in safety critical areas such as offshore survival, emergency response and crisis management, the contract will include 3t Transform’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies such as eLearning, virtual reality and micro-learning tools to plan, organise and track training, while increasing knowledge retention and employee engagement for Chrysaor.

It is the latest in a long line of training contract wins for 3t Energy Group, which has signed high profile contracts with Total E&P, BP, PBS and EnerMech in the last 12 months, along with contract retentions with Wood, Bilfinger Salamis, Serica and Compass Group.

Gavin Taylor, 3t Energy Group, vice president global sales & strategy, said: “Winning this contract is fantastic news for 3t Energy Group and is testament to our growing global reputation for excellence and innovation as we drive digital solutions to meet our clients evolving requirements.

“We listened carefully to Chrysaor’s requirements and provided a complete workforce development package with technology-driven solutions through our 3t Transform platform, along with world-class training through Survivex, AIS Training and our newly acquired Petrofac training operations.”
