48% turnover increase for Rose Recruitment

Aberdeen recruitment agency, Rose Recruitment, has seen its revenue increase by 48% in the financial year 2016.

The sharp rise in turnover comes after the firm, which provides recruitment solutions for all disciplines in temporary, permanent and contract positions within small, medium and large businesses, doubled its client base after creating a new construction and industrial division, which was added to its portfolio complementing its existing hospitality and commercial divisions.

The firm, which works with clients throughout the North East of Scotland, has continued to go from strength to strength since it was bought by managing director, Darren Aggasild, in July 2015.

Plans are now in place for Rose Recruitment to expand into Glasgow in 2018, and expand into the IT and finance sectors. The move will see the creation of several new jobs across its two offices.

Mr Aggasild, said: “We have had an extremely strong period of growth from 2016-2017, securing a number of new contracts, which has seen revenue almost double.

“2018 will continue to be extremely busy for the company as we continue to grow our portfolio of services and build on our team of experts to deliver a first class service. The creation of a new office in Glasgow will allow us to expand our service offering to clients across Scotland.

“Our success is down to having the right team in place, which has helped the business deliver such amazing results. I look forward to another successful year in 2018.”
