Aberdeen based AXV Audio Visual is proud to announce that their founder and director Adam Wilson has been Highly Commended in the AV Professional of the Year category at this year’s AV Awards, held on Friday evening in London.
The ceremony was attended by a packed room of AV professionals and industry leaders. Before announcing the overall winner of the AV Professional of the Year, the host took a moment to recognise a finalist who demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication across the AV industry.
For the first time, a Highly Commended honour was presented in this prestigious category and AXV is thrilled that Adam was the recipient.
The host, Jo Brand, praised Adam Wilson, saying: “Adam’s leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise have made a real impact both within his company and across the wider AV community. By combining hands-on technical skill with strategic vision, he has earned the respect of colleagues and industry peers alike. As part of a small but ambitious company, Adam has been instrumental in delivering outstanding projects and helping to establish AXV Audio Visual as a true force within the sector.”
While AXV did not take home the top trophy this year, being recognised among the best in the industry and earning such high praise is an incredible milestone for a company still in its early years. The AXV team attended the awards in London, where we were also shortlisted for two additional categories, further underscoring our commitment to excellence and innovation in the AV field.
