The HR Consultant brings a long-standing passion for working with SME’s.  She said: “I started my HR career working in the travel industry, and this is where my passion began for working in SMEs.  Since then, I have worked in a professional services firm, and at an independent retail store in the south of England.  Upon returning to Aberdeen in 2015, I secured employment with a business advisory and financial services firm and now I’m excited for this new challenge with Align People HR, applying my experience of working with SMEs, and getting to know all our fantastic clients.”

The new appointment brings Align People HR’s headcount to five.  Founder and Managing Director, Alison Paton said: “I’m extremely proud to see Align People HR grow further.  Jessica’s background is a perfect fit for us since we work with an increasing number of SMEs in multiple sectors.”

“Jessica is also a great fit for our team and culture, which is the most important factor to us as we expand the team.  I have no doubts that she will quickly learn about our clients’ unique businesses, assisting them in building human relationships rather than human resources.”

The Align People HR purpose is to support SMEs grow productive and inclusive business cultures, with fully aligned and engaged employees.  They offer clients a full lifecycle of HR services with the choice of three different levels of service.
