The new Escone Consultancy Division is the latest expansion in the company’s services and coincides with a management restructure in line with strategic growth plans.

Kevin Wyness, Escone Solutions co-founder and director, said, “To meet the demands of our growing client base, we recognised the requirement for a dedicated consultancy division, combined with a company restructure.

“By promoting from within, we are strengthening our in-house capabilities and specialising in wider areas where we have expertise to build for Escone’s future.”

Bridget Gray will take on the role of head of consulting. She brings a wealth of experience having worked in the field of IT support for 21 years. Bridget has managed the Escone Assist helpdesk operations and support function since 2016. She will coordinate the running of Escone’s new consultancy service as well as managing and mentoring Business Analysts internally.

Working alongside Bridget as part of the restructured management team will be Alice Emmison, who will step into the role of eBIS and operations Lead.

Alice is one of the longest-serving employees at Escone and will be primarily responsible for eBIS projects. Alice’s role focuses on supporting clients’ day to day requirements.

The two new promotions places four women in lead roles at Escone Solutions with Bridget and Alice joining Jodie Donald as Support Lead and Kay Chan as Intuitive Lead.
