An Aberdeen clinic is reaping the rewards of its outstanding customer service after being named Best Reception Team in the UK, at the UK-wide Aesthetics Awards event.
Temple Medical, a private aesthetic clinic, led by GP Dr Sam Robson, also received a commendation in the Best Clinic in Scotland category.
The clinic, which is based in Aberdeen’s Bon Accord Square, was honoured at the annual event, which acknowledges and rewards best practice, outstanding customer service, unprecedented skill and robust ethics. The Best Reception Team award identified evidence of ongoing, outstanding customer service, a continuous training programme, strong practitioner support and effective teamwork for the benefit of the clinic and its patients.

At the prestigious event, which attracted an audience of over 700 people, Temple Medical celebrated in two of the four categories it was nominated for. The north-east business faced competition from across the UK in the Best Reception Team category, beating off respected clinics from London, Edinburgh and Cambridge.
An independent panel of consultants, doctors and world-renowned aesthetic practitioners judged the awards.
The Temple Medical team of 11 provides treatments including weight loss, skin analysis, wrinkle-relaxing treatments, and body-contouring. For the last two years, Dr Robson has been at the forefront of promoting regulation in the industry to ensure patient safety and professional results.
