Aberdeen concert in aid of Ukraine this weekend

FOUNTAINHALL Church at the Stocket, Harcourt Road, will be hosting a charity concert for Ukraine this coming Saturday, June 22 at 7.30 pm.

An initiative of Fountainhall Church in collaboration with Orchestra Nova, the concert will bring together a wonderful panel of artists conducted by Gareth John.

Amongst the artists are Amy Strachan, soprano of the Scottish Opera, Iryna Chupryna, soprano of the national opera of Ukraine and Alan Haggart, trumpet, accompanied by the Orchestra Novan and Fountainhall Chorus.

All proceeds will go to United 24 (Medical Aid and Education and Science section), the official fundraising platform for Ukraine created by the Ukrainian government (u24.gov.ua).
