Established more than 50 years ago, it is the oldest independent film and video festival in the world. It evolved into a competitive festival in April 1968, with its mission and vision being to recognise and honour outstanding creative excellence in film and video.
SIGNAL2NOISE won a Platinum Award for its ‘Challenge Your Ambition’ recruitment film produced for premium drinks giant, William Grant & Sons.
The company also won a Gold Award for its ‘Total Edradour-Glenlivet’ documentary-style film for oil and gas operator Total.
‘Challenge Your Ambition’, was produced in partnership with brand and digital agency Hampton Associates and promoted careers within William Grant & Son’s packaging and supply chain divisions. It features a diverse range of people and activities across the business and was created as part of a wider online recruitment campaign.
‘Edradour-Glenlivet Legacy’ explains the scope, challenges and importance of a gas-condensate development. It was filmed over two years in the UK, Norway, France and offshore West of Shetland. The film was well received by Total and their partners.
