Aberdeen estate agencies Stonehouse and Grant Fairbairn join forces after acquisition deal

TWO of the most prominent names on property boards across Aberdeenshire – who between them have helped many thousands of people move home – have joined forces.

Stonehouse, which has branches in central Aberdeen and Kemnay, has acquired Grant Fairbairn Property Leasing in a deal that is designed to consolidate its position as a market-leading agency in the region.

Almost 200 rental homes formerly under Grant Fairbairn Property Leasing will transfer seamlessly into the Stonehouse portfolio, who will manage them from their central Aberdeen base at Neo House on Riverside Drive.
