A new financial planning business has launched in Aberdeen, bringing together nearly two decades of experience and a relationship-led approach to helping clients plan for their financial future.
Fifty Financial Planning has been established by Advising Principal and Director Elaine Clunie and will provide personalised financial advice to clients across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and beyond.
Operating as a St. James’s Place Partner Practice, the firm is built on long-term relationships, trust and a commitment to putting clients first. Elaine is particularly passionate about empowering women to feel more confident in managing their finances, while supporting individuals, families and business owners to build, protect and preserve their wealth for future generations.
Elaine’s career in financial services spans almost 20 years. After initially working outside the sector, she joined her father’s St. James’s Place Partner Practice in 2006 as a Personal Assistant. She later progressed to Practice Manager and Paraplanner before, following his retirement in 2012, joining Buchan Wealth Management.
She qualified as a Financial Adviser in 2019 and went on to become an Advising Principal and Director within the business, building a strong reputation for delivering clear, straightforward advice grounded in trust and understanding.
Commenting on the launch, Elaine said: “Establishing Fifty Financial Planning marks an exciting new chapter in my career and reflects the values that have guided me throughout the last two decades.
