ABERDEEN’S McHardy Group which trades in Aberdeen as McHardy Financial has announced three new hires as part of their continued company growth, bringing their staff count to sixty across Scotland.

Niall Sharry and David Wishart join the Senior Financial Planning Team, and Sharon Adan comes on board as Chartered Financial Planner. All three were previously with Ascot Lloyd which took over long standing Aberdeen IFA firm Central Investment Services Ltd, and they will all be involved in supporting private clients at McHardy Financial.

The engagements mark a significant step within the Group’s business growth and development strategy. Mr Sharry said “McHardy Financial is a well-known and highly regarded firm. I was extremely proud and excited to be offered the opportunity of joining such a professional and experienced financial planning company”.

Mr Wishart commented “I’m delighted to join McHardy Financial who are a perfect fit for my clients’ requirements now and in the future”. Ms Adan added “I am delighted to have joined the McHardy Financial team. This opportunity allows me to take on new and exciting challenges and I cannot wait to bring my skills and expertise to this role. I look forward to working closely with my colleagues and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in the years to come.”

In further news Jonathan Craig who joined McHardy Group in February 2022 has now been appointed to the Board of McHardy Financial. Mr Craig said “I feel incredibly privileged to step up to this role at an exciting moment in the company’s long history. Leading such a talented team is a real high and I’m enthused to be entrusted to progress the goal based financial planning that we deliver to our long-standing valued clients “
