Phil Anderson Financial Services Ltd. (PAFS) has been named Best Financial Advisers to Work For at the 2026 Professional Adviser Awards, held at The Brewery in London on Wednesday 18 March.

The awards, now in their 21st year, are regarded as one of the UK financial services industry’s flagship events, recognising excellence across the advice sector. This year’s ceremony saw a strong field of entrants, with organisers noting a particularly high standard of submissions.

PAFS’ win highlights the firm’s focus on workplace culture, employee wellbeing and professional development, with judges recognising its efforts to create a positive and supportive environment for staff.

Commenting on the award, Phil Anderson, director at PAFS, said the recognition was particularly meaningful given the emphasis on people within the business.

“This is a fantastic achievement for our whole team,” he said. “We’ve always believed that if you look after your people, they will deliver the best outcomes for clients. To be recognised in this category is something we’re incredibly proud of.”

Organisers of the Professional Adviser Awards congratulated all winners, finalists and highly commended firms, noting that being recognised at the event represents a significant achievement within the industry.

The recognition reinforces PAFS’ growing reputation not only as a provider of financial advice, but also as an employer committed to fostering a strong and sustainable workplace culture.

Phil Anderson Financial Services was set up by Phil Anderson with the vision to be the number one financial advisory firm in the North and Northeast of Scotland. Since then the firm has expanded and now has advisers in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cheshire and Yorkshire.
