The Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival is set to return to The Beach Ballroom on Saturday 10th January 2026, promising another energising day of inspiration, education and community spirit. Now firmly established as one of the North East’s leading wellbeing events, the festival continues to grow in scale and impact, bringing together individuals, families, experts and local businesses who share a passion for living healthier, happier lives.
Co-founded by Sarah Stewart and Dr Emma Windle, the festival was created to make health and wellbeing accessible to everyone across Aberdeen City and Shire. “We are thrilled to be bringing the festival back for 2026, and to see it continue to evolve with new sponsors, speakers and activities,” said Sarah and Emma. “Each year, the event grows stronger, uniting our community and showcasing how small changes in our daily lives can have a huge impact on our health and wellbeing. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to The Beach Ballroom for another uplifting day.”
This year’s programme will feature an exciting range of talks, demonstrations and interactive sessions designed to help attendees explore new ways to enhance their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. This year’s group of experts will cover topics that include the pillars of health; being a healthy weight (including use of the weight loss injectables) and balancing that with keeping your gut healthy; the truth about change; and food, mood and the menopause.
The 2026 festival welcomes Peloton as joint main sponsor, marking the first time the global fitness brand has supported an event of this kind in Scotland. Peloton will be running a series of live classes and demonstrations throughout the day, as well as talks, offering festival-goers a chance to experience their innovative approach to movement and motivation, and offering a chance to meet Peloton Instructors Bradley Rose and Jermaine Johnson.

Rayonex Biomedical UK is part of the joint main sponsorship, and Paul Scott, Business and Project Manager says: “We are proud to support the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival this January, championing innovative, natural approaches to health through bioresonance according to Paul Schmidt. Our team will be there to explore how frequency-based therapy can help restore balance and optimise wellbeing,”
Returning for their third consecutive year, Tom and Luke Stoltman, the world-famous strongman brothers and passionate advocates for mental and physical health, will once again be taking part in activities throughout the day. They’ll also be joining the annual North Sea Dip organised by The Baltic Boys, which has become one of the festival’s most anticipated traditions.
Mike MacDonald, Founding Director of AKR Fitness, the event’s Education Sponsor says: “It’s fantastic to see the Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival continue to grow. As Education Sponsor, we are proud to support an event that brings people together to learn, move and invest in their wellbeing.”
