Founded in Aberdeen in 2011 by Dean Hunter, the business has grown into a national consultancy supporting organisations of all sizes with interim HR support, HR consultancy, outsourced HR and HR recruitment solutions. Today, Hunter Adams operates across the UK, with offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester and London.

Over the past 15 years, the firm has partnered with hundreds of organisations across sectors including energy, technology, professional services, the public and third sectors, as well as high-growth SMEs. Through this work, Hunter Adams has helped businesses build strong, sustainable cultures, develop leadership capability and successfully navigate periods of change.

Central to the company’s success has been its flexible and pragmatic approach, delivering commercially focused, people-led solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and stage of growth.

Managing Director Jennifer Marnoch said:

“Reaching 15 years in business is a truly special moment for everyone at Hunter Adams. What began as a vision to offer practical, people-focused HR support has grown into a business that is privileged to support organisations UK-wide.

“As we celebrate this milestone, we’re equally excited about the future. We remain committed to delivering expert HR and recruitment solutions that make a meaningful difference to businesses and their people.”
