ON BEHALF of a private pension fund client, leading property agent FG Burnett have announced the letting of a substantial office and warehouse facility at Howemoss Drive, Kirkhill Industrial Estate, Dyce Aberdeen to Mactech (Europe) Limited. The facility extends to over 11,000 sq ft and includes substantial yard space.

In the past 12 months we have experienced an increase in decommissioning and onsite machining work requiring more equipment and spares packages.
