The Norwegian Continental Shelf is widely recognised as a mature basin with ageing assets and some of the world’s highest integrity expectations. Operators are under increasing pressure to reduce offshore exposure, improve efficiency, and enhance confidence in inspection data.

In this environment, inspection services must deliver more than reports, they must enable better operational decisions while reducing unnecessary complexity. AISUS meets these challenges with a responsive approach and adaptable technologies designed to address complex inspection requirements safely and efficiently.

As part of its long-term strategy, AISUS is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Davies as Business Development Lead for Norway. Based locally, Guy will focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients while developing new opportunities across offshore platforms and onshore sectors, including civil infrastructure.

Guy’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as AISUS continues to deliver innovative, efficient, and customised inspection solutions to the global energy sector.

“My focus is simple, build AISUS in Norway with long-term credibility and structured growth, not short-term volume,” said Guy Davies.

Guy brings more than 30 years of experience building and leading technical businesses across Europe in demanding industrial environments. His background provides deep insight into aligning commercial strategy with operational reality, a critical factor for sustainable growth.

“I’m motivated by building something with substance. Establishing AISUS in Norway is about creating a stable, credible platform that grows in a controlled and sustainable way. That kind of challenge suits me,” Guy Davies added.

As AISUS continues its global expansion they are showing commitment to an integrated approach, reducing operational risk while tailoring technical solutions to specific asset needs. Through the combination of field experience with modern data science, AISUS utilises physics aware models and digital twins to help operators understand how their assets are likely to change over time.

With Guy positioned in Norway this will drive continued growth and innovation within the region, further solidifying AISUS’ reputation in advanced inspection services.
