AN Aberdeen headquartered marine services and mooring specialist has secured a deal worth more than £1 million.
Interocean Marine Services Limited (IMSL), a Rigmar Group company, has been awarded the contract by an international drilling contractor in the Caribbean.

The firm, which is based in the Altens Industrial Estate, will be responsible for the design, procurement and installation of two tri-catenary mooring systems.
Work on the project is already underway, with a team of four marine and engineering personnel onsite to oversee the installation and commissioning of the mooring system.
Keith Nelson, Rigmar Group chief executive officer, said: “Despite these difficult times our personnel are working hard with both customers and suppliers to meet tight deadlines in a very competitive market.

IMSL is currently working on several other global developments in the UK sector, the Mediterranean and Caspian Seas, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.
