THE initial stage of a major Aberdeen office project has been fully let according to its owners.

The SRE Group has welcomed Kenton Black Scotland as a new tenant in its Merchant Exchange building located in the heart of the city.

This marks the fifth business to occupy the newly renovated offices, with plans to expand by adding four more spaces in the second phase, which is anticipated to conclude in early 2025.

Having secured the last fully furnished suite, this makes Kenton Black part of a group of tenants including James Gibb Property Management, Aberdeen Inspired, Borealis Maritime, and Envizion.

The location is adjacent to Aberdeen City Council’s proposed new market.
