ABERDEEN Science Centre is reminding people there is still time to share their photographs and memorabilia on an online memories board which is being created on the centre’s new website.

The centre will reopen this Autumn a its Tramsheds base after having undergone a £4.7 million transformational renovation.

A new website will be launched just prior to the reopening.

Elaine Holland, ASC head of operations, said:  “We are appealing to members of the public who have visited over the years who might still have memorabilia such as ticket stubs, posters souvenirs or gifts to get in touch with us and to share their memories or photographs of visits.

“This was Scotland’s first science centre so we hope there will be some interesting stories and pictures out there.”

The transformed science centre will include more than 60 new interactive exhibits.
