Aberdeen wedding planner amongst ‘best in the business’

05/03/2018

A luxury Aberdeen wedding planning business, Timeless White Wedding Planning, has become the only Scottish wedding planner to be invited to join the global Five Star Wedding Directory.

It means the company sits alongside Gleneagles, Trump Turnberry and the UKs elite wedding planners as some of the best wedding services in the UK and the world.

Emma Douglas founded the business seven years ago from her student desk and said she was thrilled to be recognised as one of the industry’s best: “I am extremely lucky to have been invited to help create so many beautiful weddings across Scotland and further afield.

“Having planned weddings with budgets from £2000 up to £140,000, I have worked in and can appreciate weddings of all sizes and scales.

“The second wedding I planned had a very big budget and so I very quickly had something major to stick my teeth into and something very beautiful to add to my portfolio.  It also gave me the opportunity to work with other suppliers within the big budget bracket.  Thankfully, the word of mouth train has continued, and I have planned weddings in some of the most beautiful venues in the country.”

Emma is also currently planning for her own wedding in May this year.  She continued: “It’s very exciting that my own wedding is no longer hypothetical.  Throughout my career I have experienced many diverse weddings, but even when weddings are your job, it can still be tricky to make decisions because of all the possibilities and endless options.

“I run my business from the heart and am passionate about weddings and so have been enjoying getting my strategy in place and taking things step-by-step.

“Timeless White is always innovating and presenting new offerings for clients.  I want to continue to establish the company as the premium supplier of wedding planning and coordination at the luxury end of the market nationally and internationally too.”
