Ross Jolly, founder of AYP, said: “We are delighted to be working with think to promote AYP and everything it has to offer. The team has a tremendous amount of experience working for a wide range of businesses, with an impressive track record, and truly understands our ethos and the difference we hope to make to young professionals in the region.

“AYP has grown year on year and we have an incredible group of mentors on board. In the current economic climate, it is even more invaluable for people starting out in their careers, or perhaps going through a career change, to seek support and guidance. We want to raise the profile of AYP so these individuals can find out more about us and how we can help, and take advantage of our highly respected mentors’ wealth of experience.”

At its regular events, which consist of discussion series, networking opportunities and social meet-ups, AYP provides an opportunity for members to network with like-minded individuals and make new contacts in a relaxed environment. The group currently has more than 6,000 members.

Annabel Sall, CEO of think Group, said: “We are looking forward to helping AYP raise its profile and reach out to young professionals. Now more than ever, developing a network of contacts is an important part of career development and we are pleased to be playing a part in promoting how AYP supports this.”
