Aberdeenshire firm wins £9.5million worth of contracts through UKEF support

AN Aberdeenshire-based design and manufacturing firm, has secured £9.5 million worth of export contracts thanks to support from UK Export Finance.

Power Jacks, headquartered in Westhill, provides electromechanical lifting solutions for use in a range of sectors, including civil engineering, energy, defence, transport, and industrial automation.

In the last three months alone, Power Jacks has secured £3.2m worth of contracts.

Bruce Bultitude, Power Jacks managing director, said:  “We could have potentially lost out on valuable export business without the support of UKEF. We will also be looking into UKEF’s Exporting Working Capital Scheme in the future, for upcoming export contracts.”
