Global subsea services business Acteon Group is to purchase Viking Seatech, a provider of temporary and permanent mooring services, from Actuant Corporation for approximately £9.3 million.

Acteon has also agreed to sell Mirage Machines, a manufacturer of portable machine tools, to Actuant for approximately £12.4 million. The two transactions will close simultaneously and are subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
