AS PART of their expansion plan AFS Technologies have appointed Gavin McGill as Commercial Manager; responsible for Business Development, Proposals, Contracts and Training Delivery. With 33 years in the Energy Industry McGill brings vast experience from both major Operators and Contractors.
The company has realised a 45% increase in sales this year and a similar rise in turnover for 2020.

AFST are ECITB approved training providers and have recently added the new Connected Competence programme for Control and Instrumentation to their portfolio of small bore tubing training and assessment. With plans to offer Operations and Technical based training and assessment at their Aberdeen, Newcastle, Grangemouth and other facilities the training arena is a high growth area.
Offshore inspections, repairs and projects are ongoing across the UKCS as well as international waters using their bespoke proprietary asset integrity software solution. With these services, the company is focussed on Hydrocarbon Leak Reduction using the latest digital technology.
