Air Control Entech (ACE) has appointed Andrew Byers as a new Non-Executive Director.

Andrew has worked in the Oil and Gas technology space since 1998, and brings a wealth of commercial, operational and general management skills.

Andrew joins ACE following seven years in various senior roles in RigNet Ltd. (NASDAQ: RNET), bringing experience in board-level reporting, M&A activity, strategic sales and corporate governance. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde University (2000) and a Bachelor degree in Engineering and Management from Napier University (1990).
