AIRPAC Bukom Oilfield Services, the energy division of rental specialist Vp plc, has rebranded to Airpac Rentals to reflect its capabilities in supporting the entire energy sector.

First established in 1975, the business has a long history providing rental services to a variety of applications typically within oil and gas markets. In recent years the organisation has evolved to meet demand as the world transitions to greener energy sources and production methods. Significant investments have been made in new electric compressors as well as high-pressure equipment to further support projects involving geothermal drilling, industrial and pipeline applications.

Haydn Davies, Managing Director, said;

“We have developed our rental services in recent years to serve an increasing number of market sectors. Geothermal drilling, wind farms, subsea marine life protection, construction and general industrial applications have all been a developing focus of the business alongside our more traditional oil and gas markets, so we have taken the opportunity to reflect our current and planned future activities via a corporate identity that better explains our scope of supply. At the same time, our strong heritage under the ownership of Vp plc is reflected by our adoption of our original business name – Airpac Rentals – which was originally used in the 1970s. Our customers will see no difference in our services other than a rental portfolio that will broaden and reflect the opportunities of a changing world.”

With trading entities in the UK, Singapore, Australia and the UAE, Airpac Rentals is well-positioned to support organisations across all areas of the energy sector. Airpac Rentals is part of UK founded rental specialist Vp plc which has been operating for over 65 years. Employing over 2500 people worldwide, its portfolio covers a variety of industries including infrastructure, construction, housebuilding and energy.
