AIS Survivex, formerly known locally in the North-East of Scotland as Survivex, was part of a major rebrand earlier this summer amalgamating 3t Energy Group’s face-to-face training facilities; in Scotland (Survivex), England (AIS Training), further strengthened through the acquisition of established training facilities in the UK.
The contract will see AIS Survivex service 11 offshore assets in the North Sea, and in the region of 900 on and offshore employees, with all training and competency requirements. The recent change within the business has further cemented the Group’s drive to transform the way training is delivered. As well as being market leaders for oil and gas and renewables training, the Group can supply a full suite of classroom-based courses and practical learning with its innovative training grounds as well as virtual training, eLearning, video learning, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and its mobile knowledge retention application known as R3.
As a fully integrated training, competency and learning management solution, TMS provides a comprehensive service for all aspects of client training management requirements. With a dedicated team focused on real-time management and monitoring of entire workforces’ training needs, the client benefits from personalised service, increased training visibility and efficiency, as well as access to 1000s of globally recognised industry courses.
Head of TMS at AIS Survivex, Jill Ogilvie, said: “We have a really strong team with a lot of expertise at AIS Survivex who are committed to achieving the best results for clients. Our team not only hold relationships with client’s onshore teams but also with the offshore delegates themselves to ensure that there is a clear communications stream and results are definitely shown in the increasing compliance percentages. Change is constant in the training sector and as part of the 3t Energy Group, we continuously invest in our technology and course capabilities, with innovation at the forefront of our learning delivery.”
