The beers, both packed with flavour and a distinctive Indian/Scottish character, were a sell-out success after launching in March this year, with the last batch only available at Aldi’s Scottish stores for just £1.79 each later this month.

Aldi’s Scottish Beer Festival is set to showcase 25 craft beers from five regions in Scotland, including Aberdeen, the Central Belt, Glasgow, the Highlands, and Edinburgh and the Lothians, giving customers the opportunity to sample locally produced, top-quality brews at everyday prices.

Joining the festival for the 6th year in a row, Fierce Beer, based in Dyce, is a trusted supplier of Aldi Scotland, which was the micro-brewery’s first ever customer in 2016. The brewery which was named Scotland’s Brewery of the Year 2021, produces unique and flavourful beers that surprise and delight beer lovers of all tastes.

David Grant, Owner and Managing Director of Fierce Beer, said: “Aldi Scotland has always been such a great supporter of us over the years, so it was a no-brainer to partner with them for the sale of the last batch of our range with Tony Singh.”

“The Indian Lager and Cirtus Pale Ale are indicative of the kind of creativity and consideration that goes into all our beers, something which Aldi has always championed and encouraged since we started working with them. The Aldi Scotland customers certainly know their Scottish beers, so we’re looking forward to hearing what they think of our latest creation.”

Aldi is the UK’s Cheapest Supermarket 2021 according to Which? And offers outstanding deals on locally sourced, Scottish beer products, without scrimping on the quality.

Graham Nicolson, Group Buying Director, Aldi Scotland, said: “Our Scottish Beer Festivals are always a big event in the Aldi Scotland calendar, and I have no doubt these new additions from Fierce Beer will only add to the excitement.”

“It’s fantastic to have the exclusive last batch of these innovative new beers.
