Aleron Subsea secures multi-million pound contracts with Indonesian firms

A specialist ROV system rental company has won contracts worth a total of £2million with two subsea firms in south-east Asia.

Aleron Subsea has secured work to supply two Indonesian companies with work class ROV systems and associated equipment.

Launched in 2010, the Westhill-headquartered firm specialises in ROV upgrades and renting work class remote operated vehicles to clients. It currently employs 20 experienced members of staff, and was awarded the contracts following the successful completion of a project using a ROV system on a vessel in Indonesia.

Aleron currently has eight work class ROV systems, and offers full contract support for the supply, service and maintenance of complete ROV systems and their associated equipment. A technician from the company will also be present throughout the projects in Indonesia to offer dedicated support.
