Malissa Fraser, owner of Angus & Oink said: “We started making hot sauces while based in South America. We wanted to bring that authentic BBQ cooking flavour from the various countries we visited back to Aberdeen and launched Angus & Oink last year.

“Hotting up the North East food market is on our radar, and the positive feedback we have had has been overwhelming. Our focus is on delivering a distinct flavour, as well as a spicy chilli kick. We want to provide Aberdeen with something special.

“The appetite in the city for something unique is huge and a vibrant food scene is growing. Our four sauces, Rampant Angus Ketchup, Pitboss BBQ, Voodoo Mango and Red Dawg Apache, are ideal accompaniments to emerging street food trends such as BBQ, Pulled Pork, Gumbos, West Indian curries and Artisan Sausage.”
