Knight Property Group has secured another tenant at Cults Business Park, with Soothe Your Soul Haven, led by RGU student, Serena Leyni, signing a five-year lease for Unit 10, which extends to 1,470 sq ft.

Serena, an experienced fitness instructor, received £19,000 in funding from BizBritain through the British Business Bank’s Start-Up Loans programme and her venture will be Aberdeen’s first women-only wellness centre.

Soothe Your Soul Haven provides a peaceful sanctuary designed exclusively for women to reconnect, heal and grow. Its holistic offering includes yoga, pilates, meditation, sound bath therapy, aromatherapy, massage, reflexology and professional talk therapy.

Serena Leyni commented:

“We are offering much more than just a wellness space. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to nourish both body and mind. Our vision is to create a supportive community where women can find calm, confidence and connection.”

Dan Mitchell, Management Surveyor at Knight Property Group, said:

“The diverse mix of occupiers at Cults Business Park demonstrates its ability to accommodate a wide range of businesses – from health and wellness providers, through to traditional office users. We wish Serena every success with her new business venture.”

Chris Ion, Partner at Graham + Sibbald, added:

“Demand for space at Cults Business Park remains strong. We still have excellent opportunities available for businesses seeking high-quality accommodation in a thriving location.”

Cults Business Park comprises a range of office and hybrid units, all recently refurbished to a high standard. Knight Property Group has invested significantly in upgrading the facilities.

This letting reflects strong ongoing demand for flexible business accommodation in the area, with the park continuing to appeal to a wide mix of occupiers, including Motorwerks, Revive Fitness and Mackinnons Solicitors LLP.

Knight Property Group was advised by joint agents, Ryden and Graham + Sibbald, with legal services provided by Q&A Law Practice. For more information on Cults Business Park, please visit: HERE
