SUZANNE Noble has been appointed as head of people and culture at Aberdeen Performing Arts, completing the senior leadership team at the arts organisation.

A senior human resources professional, Suzanne is originally from the Central Belt of Scotland. After spending time travelling and working overseas, Suzanne returned home to set up her own hospitality business which she operated for five years and maintained joint ownership of for a further two.

A values-driven HR leader and business partner, Suzanne has enjoyed developing a diverse skillset within a variety of industries, including third sector, oil and energy, professional services, retail and hospitality, Suzanne will bring a proactive approach and contribute to creating a positive environment for everyone at Aberdeen Performing Arts.

She said: “I’m excited to get started, supporting colleagues to perform at their best and collaborating with others to achieve this. Meeting the team, I was made to feel extremely comfortable instantly.

“It’s just a joy to be working in this environment within such iconic venues.”
