The first lease was approximately 6500m², which prompted TLG Immobilien AG, which is a subsidiary of Aroundtown, to sign a second lease for a further 11,800m² of office space in Vektor Bonn. The new lease secured a full occupancy for the property. Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität is now located at Am Propsthof 49.

Many Changes

The consequent repositioning of the property from a single-tenant property to a multi-tenant property was accomplished in a short time. This new strategic orientation of the property is also marked by notable structural and architectural measures.

The formally closed off courtyard will be redesigned to be open, creating a public meeting place for all the tenants and increasing the overall quality of the building. There will also be a new main entrance built.

The current office property offers individually designed spaces with modern equipment. Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität works in tandem with TLG Immobilien AG to offer a space which is perfectly calibrated to meet the requirements of the companies renting them. As well as offering the classic office workspace, there is also laboratory space, and access to rooms for further wheat research purposes
