Managing Partner, Keith Allan stated, “With his hands on approach, first-hand knowledge of this area of the business and appropriate connections, Ian has proved to be an invaluable addition to our firm’s rural team.”

Whilst practising from the Inverurie office, Ian is also available for consultation at any of the firm’s other offices in Aberdeen, Ellon, Banchory and Stonehaven.

Jane joined the firm 6 years ago as a Trainee Solicitor and now works within the Residential Property Department. The promotion will see her move from the firm’s Inverurie branch into Albyn Place, Aberdeen, specialising in all aspects of residential house purchases and sales, re-mortgages and private client matters, such as Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Partner and Head of Residential Property, Bill Barclay commented, “We are delighted to see Jane’s progression within the firm. Following in her Mother’s footsteps, retired Partner Elizabeth Merson, we know her enthusiasm, professionalism and understanding of client needs are second to none.”
