Property consultant CBRE, alongside joint agent Knight Frank, has launched B3 at Aberdeen International Business Park (AIBP) with brand new marketing materials and new flexible leasing terms.

Office development B3 provides accommodation extending to 77,000 sq ft over three floors. Floors can be sub-divided with individual suites available from 6,000 sq ft upwards.

AIBP is situated on Dyce Drive, immediately adjacent to Aberdeen International Airport and is also accessible from Airport Road, which will connect to the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR) at Craibstone Junction when it opens, giving occupiers quick and easy access to the strategic transport network.

Amy Tyler from CBRE’s Aberdeen office commented:  “B3 really is a fantastic building; not only is it located in a highly strategic and well connected area, it also has high quality Grade A space withlarge open plan floor plates and brilliant views.

“The building has the potential to accommodate smaller requirements too as we can sub-divide floorplates from 6,000 sq ft upwards, meaning it is suitable for a variety of size requirements.

“We decided to commence our new marketing campaign for B3 on the back of the AWPR opening imminently, meaning the building will be even more accessible, with market sentiment also improving.  Aberdeen International Airport’s first phase of transformation is now complete and the new exhibition centre TECA will open in 2019, all of which represents significant investment in the surrounding infrastructure.

“Confidence is gradually returning and we believe occupiers will now be in a position to consider their leasing strategies again.  With a building like B3 available for immediate occupation at a rental of only £17 per square foot, we expect a good level of interest in the space.”
