Bancon Homes expanding into the Central Belt with its Overton Gardens development

BANCHORY-headquartered Bancon Homes is to expand its operations into the Central Belt of Scotland for the first time with a development in Strathaven.

Under planning permission granted by South Lanarkshire Council, the company’s new “Overton Gardens” development will consist of 37 detached homes.
