BANCON Homes today announced that it will once again be the headline sponsor for Banchory Bonfire and Fireworks Display to be held on Saturday 5 November at King George V Park.

The event is organised by Banchory and District Round Table, which is a voluntary organisation whose main mission is to support local charities with all profits from the event donated to charitable causes in the Banchory area.

The event was hugely successful last year with approximately 4,000 people attending and £8k returned to local charities and good causes.

Entry is free with donations requested on the night. Gates open at 6pm, with the Bonfire lit at 6.30pm and Fireworks Display at 7pm.

Commenting, Allan Clow, Managing Director of Bancon Homes said: “We’re delighted to headline sponsor the Banchory Bonfire and Fireworks Display once again this year.  It was a fantastic success last year and we are delighted not only to help bring the community together in these uncertain times, but also support Banchory and District Round Table and the various charities which will benefit from the event.”

Banchory and District Round Table said: “We’re delighted to have Bancon Homes back sponsoring our event for a second year running.  This event is our main fundraising event of the year, raising much needed money that we put back into the local community and local charitable causes.  It is amazing to get the support from local companies in helping make this popular event happen.”
