A NORTH-EAST housebuilder is set to officially launch its latest development.
Bancon Homes is building 100 new properties at its Aden Meadows site in Mintlaw.

The development is part of a wider long-term masterplan which includes retail and commercial development to increase facilities and investment in the area.
